2024 Sierra 1500 AT4 Duramax

Loved the 43 miles I've put on it so far and it definitely has more get up and go than I was expecting it to have. I'll miss some features from the Tremor but overall stoked to be in this bad boy.

Ordering a Lomax cover from Luke, already put the Ronin Antenna on it, leveling kit and darker tint to follow as well as better pics.

Maybe this summer I'll throw on the AFE high bore exhaust and a cold air intake.


ETA - couldn't be happier with the transaction up at Vanguard in Sherman. I was supposed to go get a carbon pro edition and the dealer sold it out from under me and up in Sherman they were ready to make a deal. Highly recommend them.

Sorry Buck for not going Ford again. Next time!

They work equally as good but you don't have to worry about the factory snapping when pulling into the garage or car wash.

Speaking of that, the pictures make it look like its a tight fit to get under that garage door. Awesome that you are able to get an AT4 inside!

If you like drinking coffee while driving down the highway without it being in your lap, or if your kids like not hitting their head on the side windows on bumpy roads, switch to Bilstein.

I have an X31, so very different package, and yours may be different. The fake Ranchos that came on mine sucked. Might as well be driving a potato wagon. Bilsteins turned it into an Escalade.

Did you just use the 5100s? I'll look into it but so far o haven't noticed a rough ride and if it is rough I know the better half will complain for sure

I did 4600s, but mine isn't lifted. You'd use the 5100s.

That does not change. I have the same model with 20k miles and the ride is fantastic. Even my comfort picky wife loves the ride.

I have the Ranchos on my Z71 and it couldn't be smoother (also leveled). I wouldn't do anything until you drive it around a bit, and see how it rides.

I feel these are rather smooth and I've driven up some bump construction roads already so I'm not changing anything. I'll be adding the Rough Country upper control arm level kit in the coming weeks.

Not worried about it.

I believe I'm going with the Rough Country 1325 kit. It gives 1.75" inch up front.

The 1.75 is basically the same as the Rough Country.

I found a local place that does lifts and truck accessories I will have it done once school is out.

You can do that typically but on the AT4 it won't raise it because of the existing 2" lift.

Bluestar Accessories off McKinley St downtown Prosper does this stuff and is a fraction of the cost and provides a great service. I'll take it to one of the other shops for the alignment after.

If I wasn't gimp right now, I'd do the install in my garage and then take it for alignment.

Have you taken stuff there before? I kind of want to do new shocks on my f150 but I have the RAS system on the rear and 4wheel parts didn't want to mess with that.

Also, mind showing me the door sticker on that to see the payload?

I have t but a couple friends have. Solid reviews though from them as well. Like half the price of 4WP.
