Need more info...do you want a tax professional, an accountant with experience handling the books of an LLC, or someone to audit/consult with an LLC business? I ask, because you do not need a CPA for tax or bookkeeping services.
I am part of an LLC, so will need someone to do my taxes, but prior to that (immediately) need some guidance on what legally can be done if we are heading towards bankruptcy. Specific questions about what part of my contribution can be written off by me versus written off by the company.
