Richmond Arms....back to late 1970s at least....
Keanneally's.....early 1980s.
My guess for oldest would be a place you wouldn't set foot in, off Dowling or Navigation.

she sounds like what you would expect from a woman whose family has owned a dive bar in a historically seedy area for 50 years.
