Is this the place thats off Rivercrest? Like westheimer and the beltway? I was at a party a couple years ago from a place that I thought was the biggest house I'd ever seen.

Disregard...appears to be just outside the loop between memorial and woodway

That certainly makes the note easier to handle. Some young artist that needs a cheap place for only $30k/month.

geez, and they own it through an LLC, so they don't even get the breaks of a homestead exemption.

found it on HCAD, i think. it's only assessed at $11.2M. tax bill is a measly $300K.
