I can't post pictures on here but a friend and I were riding bikes this morning in River Run and a young female dog followed us out and for many miles. We have taken her in and hope to find she is chipped on Monday. She is young and appears to be a mix of red heeler and German Shorthair Pointer. Very sweet dog, wearing a light blue collar but no tags. We took her back to River Run and were told by some construction guys that she had been wandering around there for days.

You can take her to Petsmart Banfield Clinic to get scanned for a microchip.
Also, suggest posting on Facebook Brazos Lost and Found Pets page. Their mods are away this weekend, but it will explain what you can do. They are incredibly successful at reuniting pets here, well over 1,000 this year. Their page has tips and resources, too.
