Movies by the Pond: Mulan
Friday - 6/26/2015 at 7PM
George Bush Presidential Library Center's Pond

President Bush held many positions of public service, including his role as Chief of the U.S. Liaison's office in the People's Republic of China from 1974-1975. Both he and Mrs. Bush hold their years in China as very near and dear to their hearts. They loved the people they met and the culture they experienced. To commemorate their service there, the second edition of our 2015 Summer Film Series will be Disney's "Mulan."

As a special treat, we've partnered with the Confucius Institute at Texas A&M University for this event. They will be on hand with calligraphy lessons, Chinese-themed activities and more!

Bring your blankets and lawn chairs as we enjoy this film under the stars by the presidential pond. Games and free refreshments will begin at 7 p.m., and the movie will start after sundown. For more information call (979) 691-4014, email to reservations.bush@nara.gov.
