Blue Moon in Hearne caters too. Their website lets you select dates for catering events, along with the estimated size of the crowd. Good BBQ too, worth the half hour drive north.

Go see Derek at Lew's BBQ trailer. He usually posts up over off New Main next to the military surplus store across from the old Hornbecks. Great guy, great BBQ, and good prices.

Is Lamar and Niki's still open? Every time I drive by they seem closed...hope they haven't gone under. Their BBQ is very good.
I was there two weekend's ago with a friend for lunch and it seemed to be a slow day. We thought it was closed at first, too, but they weren't. I would give them more business, but they will have to remain on the "treat" list since I am trying to maintain weight loss!
