Growing up we had a neighborhood Stop N Go at the end of the street that was run by a Vietnamese couple, Thong and Di. Great people, they knew everybody in the neighborhood, their kids and half the time their in-laws as well. Ran a great store, always clean and organized.
They always had a couple of arcade games there, so naturally we hung out there as kids when we got some spare change (Street Fighter FTW!). After a while, they got to where us kids didn't matter, so if an argument needed to be had, they went at it.
Their arguments were absolutely epic. First few times scared us, then we realized the entertainment value. A few times they got into it to the point where a casual observer would swear ninja stars and katanas (yes, they were Vietnamese, but just roll with me here) would soon be flying and swinging. Never failed, the second a customer walked in the door, argument stopped, big smiles and happy faces until the customer left. It was always awesome.
