I bought a Pecos smoker by old country in March. I lit it up 6 or so times, didn't like it. Sold it, and got an 18 inch Weber Smokey. It is/was brand new so I fired it up to burn off the bad stuff. That thing has been hanging around the 350-400 mark for 3 hours now without adding any additional fuel.
