My small boutique law firm (6 attorneys) is looking to hire a law office administrator to work in conjunction with our other office administrator. Tasks would be handling bookkeeping, AP/AR, filing, some reception, marketing and the occasional bit of legal assistant work, as necessary. Experience in a law office is helpful (especially billing program knowledge) but not necessary if the person is motivated to learn and work. Only dependable candidates need apply.
