Edit for context: Inspector Clouseau instructs his assitant Cato to attack him randomly to keep him alert and on guard. In this clip his former boss (Inspector Dreyfus) whom he drove insane, is plotting to kill him from the floor below.

This is probably the best cameo of all time.
