I think it says more of how shytti a dad Eph is than how big of a tard the kid is.

Really looking forward to the whole cast dying but 3-4.... Is that a bad sign?

Honest question, is that really how it happened in the book though? BTW, wasn't Del Toro involved in the writing of the novels as well?

Yeah he was co-writer on trilogy. Don't recall exactly how it occurred, but was pretty annoying character in books also.

I don't remember exactly how it happened in the book but don't believe this was the same. There have been a ton of changes from the book to the show. The best change by far is the timeline and story progression in the show. I will be interested to see if they jump forward quite a bit in time in the show like they did in the book.

They killed off 2/3rds of the hot chicks and the remaining 1/3rd is AWOL.

Great episode sans kid. He's an idiot and annoying in equal measure.

The story of the Kid being abducted was pretty similar to the book, although I don't think Eph was on the train.The kid is super annoying but as a poster said earlier blame it on the book writers, he was twice as annoying in the books.

Just watched American Sniper for the first time. Zach was also Chris Kyle's kid...who was a fake baby as an infant. Zach is a replicant.

It all makes sense now.

The showrunner says there will be 5 seasons, and the 4th and 5th seasons will be based on book 3.
