Neither does Adderall XR, as long as you are being educated. It's designed so that SWIM or SWIY can't crush it up to blow, which is trivial with IR versions (and this why you rarely see those prescribed anymore).

I am not against taking these drugs. I love drugs. But nobody really needs them.
