Men win 4x4 in 3rd fastest time in the country with a 3:04:35.

Only Florida and Arkansas have gone faster thus far.

Great showing by our 4x4's! Took a step in the right direction! Does anyone know if the runners listed were the ones who ran the relay?

Johnathan Chung also has a nice win and nice Pr in the 3000! At 8:19.77! Really excited to see how he does in the steeple this year!

Wade didn't run on the A team...she ran leadoff on the B team. Wood ran 2nd leg on A relay.

Hopefully Camryn Dickson keeps getting better and better at the 400! That's a surprise! Wade has been struggling on relays this year!

Shady is correct above: Wade did lead off B team with listed 53.8 split but outgoing 2nd runner didn't really get out fast(Goggans) so you could probably take 0.3 off that split for Wade. Her parents said she has not been injured but has just had a slow start this year. She ran the open on Friday in 53.9; so she is starting to tap into her foot speed. She may push Camryn for A team duty soon enough as Camryn also is around 53 mid open leg. Camryn has the foot speed but consistently doesnt take the pole. She is developing mentally in this spot to believe she can go out fast, get the pole, and maintain it. Cam did her best job yesterday hitting the 200 around 24.4-7 but just needs to trust her training a little bit and get the pole since most cant run with her. Even if she can't maintain in her mind she needs to make the other girls pay and run outside their first lap else stay behind and attempt to pass us later on the straightaways(or better - the curves). Time will tell.

He ought to be a freshman in track. He is a sophomore academically and this is his first year to run track. You have five years to use four years of eligibility.
