A&M fought valiantly on Thursday night. Grayson long threw six strong innings and after claiming an early lead and tying things up headed to the bottom of the ninth, the Ags suffered a heartbreaking loss to #1 LSU.

Though the production at the plate has dropped, any slack during the Aggies' run has been taken up by an outstanding bullpen. A&M will head into conference play at 18-0 after being tested in a comeback victory.

Wednesday night felt like a sure fire loss until the eighth inning when the Aggies, trailing 3-0, scored three runs and tied things up. They went on to victory in the eleventh inning and head to conference play 18-0.

The run continues for Texas A&M, which is now a bona fide top 10 team — and the nation's only undefeated one. Concerns are quickly shoring up and the Aggies are dominating in every other phase, just in time for SEC play's arrival.
