Once I get the drywall in I will run the window unit. The room may as well be open air right now until we get the drywall in next week. I'm too cheap to run it for the time being.

$50 in AC is a lot cheaper than a trip to the ER.

Ha it hasn't been that bad honestly and I take enough breaks. Lots of water and I have the window and door open creating a breeze. People have survived thousands of years without AC, I will be fine. Plus, I have spent several months straight working on the decks of ships in the middle east.

I enjoy this thread! Thought I would share this. My dad got this 1943 Aircrew watch for my nephew's graduation. It runs, but not great. It is currently in London getting refurbished at the Vintage Watch Room. Those guys back then must have been tiny, the band doesn't even go around my wrist.

I read somewhere recently that the average GI in WW2 weighed like 150 lbs.
