- The players care about how much love or attention they are getting on certain lists and rankings. It matters to them, even when they say it doesn't. If you're disrespected as a team, you'll hang it in a locker room. The verbiage that comes out of the building, it doesn't matter. I think it's okay to take it personally. I do. If you feel whatever drives you, it can work both ways, as a team and as an individual.
