1. Déjà-vu. It was this very game a year ago that Texas A&M lost to Liberty, putting themselves in a difficult position to escape their own regional. The Aggies had an opportunity to shut down any talk of last year’s collapse by taking care of business on Saturday afternoon.

And for a while, it looked like the Aggies were going to do that until red-hot Arizona State struck back. The Sun Devils surprised A&M in the seventh inning by plating two and taking the lead.
