Behind a double-digit output in the second inning, Texas A&M displayed utter dominance in its opening game of NCAA Tournament play. Thirteen runs is the highest amount an A&M team has produced in NCAA postseason play. It was an inning that sent 19 batters to the plate and featured three consecutive home runs. Micaela Wark led off the frame and came up to bat two more times in the inning.
