Recruiting action continues even with Texas A&M on a bye week

Texas A&M's second bye week meant there was no on-field action for the Maroon & White, but the Aggies were still plenty busy on the recruiting front. Over the weekend, A&M welcomed a 2027 addition and saw a 2026 pledge decommit.

The bye week has come and gone, but there is no such thing on the recruiting trail. This weekend was the perfect example.

No game, no recruiting weekend, no action.

Not really.

No, the coaches were busy on the road, a long-time pledge parted ways with the class, and the Aggies welcomed an All-American commitment in the 2027 class. Then there was all the talk of flips, potential flips and who is doing what in the 2026 class.

The action simply does not stop.
