Jimbo Fisher's got his man. The Texas A&M head football coach has named Haynes King as his starting quarterback for the 2022 opener against Sam Houston. Billy Liucci & David Nuño convened in the studio immediately following to react.

Doubtful the 3 were all so good he couldn't decide. More likely he couldn't decide by the end of the last scrimmage because no one stood out.

Hope the offensive line is solid. When will the official 2 deep come out?

No surprise here. Jimbo makes a choice and will keep with it to the last breath. Just look at his choice of Mond and Calzada. Jimbo chose King last year and he'll stay with him as long as he's physically able to play.

My hope is that King can win for us, 'cause Jimbo's too stubborn to change once he's made up his mind.

Really hate that the other two might realize that, and bolt for the portal.


The ONLY valid ANNUAL goal for ALL Aggie Sports is a NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP!
