During Friday's edition of TexAgs Radio, Tom Hart and Cole Cubelic joined for fierce debate as to why they deserve your vote in the finals of Arky Shea's "Best SEC Network Personality" bracket. Voting closes Friday afternoon.

To cast your vote for either Tom or Cole, vote here:

Key notes from this morning’s “debate”

Cole Cubelic: My goal right now is trying to beat Tom Hart in this Arky Shea "SEC Network Madness" poll. I want to say that I think Tom Hart calling Big Blue Nation in Kentucky "the best fanbase in the nation" is a huge slap in the face to A&M fans. I feel that he doesn't give the Aggie fan base the credit they deserve.

Tom Hart: I just wanted to show all of you this A&M football to show my support of the Aggie fanbase...

Cubelic: ...which he stole.

Hart: Cole's section of the bracket was rigged anyway, and it's interesting hearing him try to appeal to the blue-collar people when no one works harder than I do. He does one sport. I go all over the place and cover multiple sports. I don't recall seeing him at the College World Series a few years ago whenever A&M was there. He hasn't been around the Aggies like I have. He doesn't understand y'all like I do.

Cubelic: Does Tom Hart know what it's like doing local radio right now when there are no sports to talk about? He's sitting outside in a golf shirt tossing a football up and down. He's not working. He sits at home while Gabe and I are out hearing filling the airwaves.

Hart: I want to speak to the A&M fanbase right now. I haven't had to beg anyone for votes like Cole here. I picked up a speeding ticket in Texas rushing to get to College Station to watch a Jimbo Fisher spring football practice. I'm one of y'all. By the way, I also have the Ags winning the SEC this season. With the uncertainty of any sort of spring practice, teams are going to have to rely on leadership and veterans coming back, and I don't think any team can match the leadership A&M has come back. Who do you have winning the SEC, Cole?

Cubelic: It's way too early to make that decision, Tom. I think it's unfair to make that pick at this time. How many games are they going to play? WIll the season start on time? There are way too many factors, and I'm going to be fair to the SEC and not pick a winner right now.

Hart: I will say I'm extremely disappointed. These past few weeks, time for me was supposed to be filled at Blue Bell Park, watching Aggie baseball and out working for the XFL. Now nothing is going on, and I'm so bored with nothing to do.

Cubelic: Right now, it's just binging TV shows like Tiger King and Dateline, but those get depressing, making you think you won't survive the night, so you have to fill your time in other ways. What you hear right now between Tom and me is pretty much what we're doing all the time now. We just argue to argue.

Hart: I have an idea of what people can do to try and get through this. I don't know what the result would be if someone were to rank the top 64 announcers in college football and create a bracket, but I feel like Cole and I would be seeded somewhere around eight or nine, and I believe we would finish pretty high up that list of announcers.

Cubelic: So I'm winning early on in the poll right now, but that's just because Tom hasn't called in Big Blue Nation yet to come bail him out. Don't be fooled by all of this. You should've led with A&M winning the SEC, Tom.
