Confusion and indecision are viewed as liabilities in football. In rare instances, however, they can be considered assets.

Admittedly, it’s a difficult concept to digest. Football teams need to be precise and in accordance. Quick, intelligent decisions must be made.

But projecting the top five football players for Texas A&M in 2020 causes confusion and indecision. And that’s a good thing.

Preseason college football magazines, which arrive on newsstands in May, are already compiling information on all the teams in the country.
