Defense in Review: Texas A&M 30, South Carolina 6

November 19, 2019

• The stifling defensive effort against South Carolina was the Ags' best outing of the season and it's not up for debate. South Carolina didn't cross the goal line and didn't snap the ball inside the red zone until the waning moments of the fourth quarter. All told, ten of the Gamecocks' first eleven drives came up empty and even their field goal 'drive' to end the game was the result of an Aggie fumble inside their own red zone, and the Cocks actually LOST nine yards before settling for three points in a 30-3 ballgame.
