QB Peyton Matocha on his visit to A&M and the importance of his degree

Houston St. Thomas quarterback Peyton Matocha‍ (6-3.5, 197) has grown up around Texas A&M. Living in Houston, it is a quick trip to campus, and it is one the family has made several times over the years.

Last weekend was a little different though. Matocha, who has been offered a preferred walk-on position at Texas A&M, was in town for his official visit.

“It was a really, really good weekend,” Matocha said.
