Texas A&M and Jimbo Fisher received a verbal commitment from Atascocita OL Kenyon Green on Saturday. The pledge comes on the heels of numerous trips to College Station in recent months, including another unofficial swing through Aggieland this weekend. A former LSU commit, Green is now the 13th commit of the Aggies' 2019 class.

Kenyon burst onto the recruiting scene as a sophomore when he emerged as the anchor up front for the high powered Atascocita offense coached by former Texas A&M QB Craig Stump. He's widely regarded as one of the best offensive linemen in the country, and his pledge only strengthens what is already an impressive 2019 haul for Jimbo Fisher. At 6'5" and 315 pounds, Green's imposing frame and elite athleticism are a rare combination.

Green ultimately chooses the Aggies over LSU, Alabama, Texas, and Georgia. He is Jim Turner's first offensive line pledge in the 2019 class.
