  • Deshaun Watson was not perfect at Clemson, but the seeds had already been sown in the recruiting game with guys like Sammy Watkins. Dabo did a great job recruiting outside of the state of South Carolina. He was able do go out of state and get some big names, particularly in the defensive line. Then they were able to take over the line of scrimmage and dominate ball games. Then it also helps having a guy like Watson at quarterback.
