Texas A&M came out on fire and never let up in their blowout win against the Arkansas Razorbacks. The Aggies seemed to carry the momentum from their win over #24 Kentucky to this dominant performance.

This was very much a one-sided game from tip-off. Once the Aggies scored their first basket, they never looked back. A&M beat Arkansas, 90-65, and dominated the paint. The Aggies finished with 46 points in the paint and only allowed the Razorbacks 14 points.

The Aggies set the tone right from the get go with the starting five. They were active on defense and were knocking down open shots. A&M finished the game shooting 66% from the field and 59% from three. They picked the right shots to shoot and didn’t miss.

Once the shots started falling, it snowballed. It seemed the Aggies couldn't miss.

A&M ended with three of its starters in double figures, with Khaalia Hillsman leading the way with 25 points. Danni Williams finished with 20 points, and Jasmine Lumpkin followed up with 11 points.

“My teammates give me the ball in easy places to score, and it’s a blessing to play with them. I have guards who can pass the ball and relocate when I get double teamed,” Hillsman said.

Brian Okosun Curtyce Knox (pictured) and Khaalia Hillsman put on a show in the first half of Texas A&M's blowout win.
The entire first half felt like the Curtyce Knox and Khaalia Hillsman show, with Knox dumping down and Hillsman finishing the layup.

Knox was just one point shy of a double-double. She continues to impress with her passing ability, accumulating 15 assists tonight to lead the nation.

The large lead allowed Coach Blair to go to his bench early and play every player in the lineup. The starters were able to get some much-needed rest, and the younger players were able to get some minutes and experience.

The Aggies are now 13-4 (3-1 SEC). With two consecutive SEC victories, the Aggies will head to Gainesville to take on Florida on Sunday.
