Nice win. Their coach looked like he was ready to send the ball into the upper deck if we got another point from dumping the ball on two.

#19 Texas A&M Volleyball Notches First SEC Win over Auburn
The Texas A&M Volleyball team was looking for some success after recently dropping three matches in a row, and losing their first SEC match. On Sunday, the Aggies' experience and all-around excellent play helped to bust out of a losing streak, and get back on the right track.
They would find all the success they needed on Sunday afternoon as they welcomed the Auburn Tigers to town. From the start of the match, the Aggies had all the momentum and never relinquished their opportunities to take down a key SEC West foe, sweeping the Tigers in three sets by scores of 26-24, 25-18, and 25-19.
"We were able to find a way to keep the game at our pace and not super fast like Auburn likes to play," said head coach Laurie Corbelli. "It is important that you establish on your side what you need to play well."
The Aggies were led by Ashlie Reasor and Hollann Hans who had 14 and 10 kills respectively. But there was plenty of wealth to be spread around as both Kiara McGee and Jazzmin Babers had eight kills, while Stephanie Aiple contributed seven kills.
More than a few statistics here and there, some of the Aggie players just want to get back to its winning ways and the feeling of success, and that is exactly what they did today.

"We haven't had this feeling since honestly last season," said Aiple. "I think this was just a really big team win and remembering what that win felt like will help us moving forward."As the Aggies continue SEC play next Friday, this team will use this win as a momentum builder for the future.
"We only have one opponent this week, so that will give us time to rest and start trying to recuperate from some of our aches and pains," said Corbelli. "We played well and made some changes that we have been working on making. That is all positive stuff that we can use to get better."
The victory pushed that Aggies back over .500 to a record of 7-6 and an even 1-1 record in Southeastern Conference play.
Looking ahead, the Aggies will go on the road and head to Baton Rouge to take on the LSU Tigers on Friday, September 30th. This game will be another opportunity to seize that momentum.
