Aggies preparing to host a few defensive visitors
With spring break kicking off for many kids in the state and across the country, Texas A&M is eyeing a few prospects that may make their way to College Station over the weekend. There's two high-end 7 on 7 tournaments happening in greater Houston (Katy and The Woodlands) so if the kids can get the travel sorted out after their games, I expect them to make a day trip to Aggieland. The first name I heard was Bowling Green (KY) S/CB Jantzen Dunn. Dunn plays for True Buzz out of Dallas who will compete in The Woodlands this weekend. The 6-2, 180 pounder has really come on as of late on the recruiting scene. He's picked up Ohio State, Florida State, and USC all within the last month or so. He's also being heavily recruited by Oklahoma. On Sunday, we've heard priority CB target Deuce Harmon may make the trip up, but that has not been confirmed yet. He'll be competing in Houston this weekend, as well. Lastly, I've been told to keep an eye out for consensus 5 star CB Jason Marshall Jr. from Miami (FL) to be in College Station early next week. As with a lot of the south Florida kids, you have to kind of wait to see if they get on the plane, but this would be regarded as big news. Marshall is one of the top DB prospects in America.
