To accompany the May-June issue of Texas Aggie magazine, we sent out a call for current Aggie visualization students to help our readers "visualize" Aggieland. Several eagerly jumped in to use the skills Texas A&M's top-ranked program has taught them to draw campus landmarks in styles reminiscent of animated films and video games.

Several visualization students, in conjunction with faculty coordinator Sam Woodfin each depicted an Aggie landmark in a unique style.
Addicyn Kunkel '23 said her depiction of Albritton Bell Tower was inspired by the style of Eyvind Earle's concept art for Walt Disney's Sleeping Beauty.
Dom Nguyen '21 said his depiction of the iconic A&M campus water tower was influenced by digital impressionism.

Kyle Gibson '23 took inspiration from Marvel's comic books for his depiction of the Haynes Ring Replica.
Nadia Generes ‘26 said of her piece: "Steven Sugar and Aimee Cairns were my biggest draws for inspiration and influence. I love unique coloring techniques and stylized foliage and buildings. Both just hit perfectly in what I find appealing."
This early iteration of a sky scene from A.J. Jones '23. This skyline went through several iterations before settling on the below version that was incorporated into the cover design.

Addicyn Kunkel '23 took inspiration from the Toy Story franchise's iconic puffy clouds for her sky.
