Howdy, Aggies! Your well-being is important to us, and The Association of Former Students is closely monitoring news related to COVID-19.
Our staff is available to assist you by phone, by email, or in response to inquiries submitted via AggieNetwork.com Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center is open to the public but additional hygiene protocols are in place in an effort to help curb the spread of COVID-19. Face coverings (cloth face covering, surgical mask, etc.) must be worn by all individuals (faculty, staff, students and visitors) in indoor public areas on the Texas A&M University campus. The Association’s policies related to face coverings are in alignment with those of Texas A&M University. Staff members and visitors are required to wear masks, and anyone entering the building will be screened before being admitted.
Additionally, we are following Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and university guidance on our events protocol and are continually evaluating our ability to host events in the fall of 2020.
The status of some other Association-hosted events remains in flux as conditions related to the pandemic continue to evolve. Please watch this page for additional updates as we have them. You may also call us between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays with additional questions, or send an email to AggieNetwork@AggieNetwork.com.
The Association of Former Students has also taken the Operation Restart “Recovery Ready” pledge. By joining the Operation Restart effort — a collaboration among Brazos County, the cities of Bryan and College Station, and the private sector — The Association has committed to taking every precaution necessary to keep the public safe as the Bryan-College Station community begins to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic. Read more about Operation Restart at www.brazoshealth.org/operationrestart.
