Texas A&M commit Dalton Brooks ran for 198 yards and 2 touchdowns for Shiner on 9/9/22. His 1 yard TD run with 10 seconds left came on 4th and goal and on the game winning 2 point play, he broke 5 tackles in the backfield to extend their home winning streak to 33 games in a 22-21 win over Poth. Shiner has won the last 2 state titles.
