Deffinitely need Harris, Doyle, Manning, Achane, 1 of Evans or Ngata and 1 of Hayes or Crawford. Anything else would be gravy.

I believe we only have 5 slots available.

In my opinion, the three recruits we need most desperately Zachary Evans, a future super star running back, and Hayes and Crawford to shore up our offensive line --- which is our worst area right now.

A worry I have is that depth in our offensive line is just not coming along as well as I believe everyone hoped it would. I know the injuries are holding our debth back, but we need better offensive line play.

We probably have 7-8 spots. 1-2 of our current commits won't sign. One in particular, but odds say another one might see the writing on the wall and leave too. Someone like Shepherd or Ellison might not count to 2020 numbers. Not sure how they'll work it out, but I think they can. Either way, we will take more than 5 more commitments IMHO.

Need corners/DBs in general, and speed on defense. Watching Miss State shows how much we are still lacking athletically on the back end of the defense and just pure edge speed that can't be coached. Manning and Harris have to be in the top 5 most important recruits left, and good thing we will likely land both. Those change the whole complexion of the class and our outlook on defense moving forward. Add in some speed at RB, preferable BOTH Evans or Achane even though Achane might not be an every down back, a true ILB (Doyle is almost a lock), and an OT.

I don't think we get either Hayes or Crawford(won't qualify), but we will most likely get Shepherd. He will have to sit out a year, but will be a full matured body by 2021 having 3 offseasons in a college program by then.

In an ideal world, you find a way to squeeze in all of Evans(or Ngata or Smith if you can't get Evans), Achane, Shepherd, one of Crawford(if he can qualify) or Hayes, Harris, one of Jackson/O Thomas, Doyle, Manning, and one of the JUCO CBs you are after. That's 9 more additions. Somewhere we will likely have to short that, but I bet we can find a way to sneak in 7 of those 9.

My Prediction:

9. Zachary Evans = corndog
20. Noah Sewell = quack quack
49. Donell Harris = Ags
57. Daniyel Ngata = Ags
80. Garrett Hayes = horny toad
99. Dontae Manning = too sooner
101. Omari Thomas = no idea
112. McKinnley Jackson = no idea
120. EJ Smith = Ags
130. Alfred Collins = cry babies, cheaters, arrogant *****s
138. Antonio Doyle = Ags
163. Ty'kieast Crawford = juco
222. Devon Achane = corndog
Brian George = no idea

I really, really, really, really, really, really want Achane! I'm hoping we can change Ngata's mind between now and announement day. Sounds like okie lite right now.
Garrett Hayes is the top OL I want! Dude is flat out awesome!!!!

Will LSU have room for Achane?

I've met the Ngata's. I would be very surprised at Arizona St. based on what his mom has said. They are a die hard Clemson family but they fell in love with A&M during last years game.

They will have room for the speedy Devon Achane but I don't think they will take him.
LSU is having one of their best years ever -- on the field and in recruiting.

They already have 24 committed. Only one slot left. If they had room, they could probably get commitments from 5 more Top 200 players. They have 12 Top 200 committed already.

They have 100% Crystal Ball predictions for three Top 200 players: #95 OT, #138 RB, and #155 DT.

48. Donell Harris . . . . . . . .WDE, 6-4/210 - [50, 106, 49] . . [TAM-77%, LSU-33%]

Huge pickup by the Aggie coaching staff.
We now have two highly recruited defensive ends.

Current defensive line commits:
48. Donnell Harris (WDE)
144. Fadil Diggs (DE)
358. Isaiah Raikes (DT) offers from Duke, Northwestern, Vanderbilt, Yale
465. Dallas Walker (DT)

Achane just committed to us. I'm guessing Evans to LSU then?

Who is up next?
