4 CBs just came in for Bobby Brown, 4* DT 6'4" 275 to the good guys. Im not sure why, he was on an official to FSU this last weekend. He commits in 24 days.

Does anyone have any insight on this?

Unfortunately, 2 CBs just came in for Ossai to tu.

Saw this kid play today in Midland. Going to be a good one for sure.

Back in the early 90's there wwas a guy named, Bobby Brown, who played for Longview. I think he played CB for Notre Dame and ended up with Philadelphia Eagles in NFL. I got to see him play basketball against Russelville AR and Corliss Williamson. Bobby Brown was one of the most amazing basketball players I had seen in HS.

Anyhow, if the name translates, this dude will be good!

If he got in on the all you can eat fried shrimp Sunday at sbisa I don't know how he can walk away from campus.

Bobby Taylor was a beast. I played him my junior year in high school. I got the misfortune of getting in his way on a sweep. I can't remember anything since!

Bobby Taylor was one of the greatest Texas HS athletes of all time. His senior year Longview won the 5-A Basketball title. I believe he also ran anchor and led the 4 x 400 Relay team to state title as well. 6'3" 200 lb 4.4 corners who hit like Mack trucks are still rare and they were even more so in 1991. Only freshmen to ever start on defense for a Holtz coached Notre Dame team.

Side note, recruiting matters. In all likelihood, not being able to close the deal with Bobby Taylor kept A&M from winning a natty in the 90's. Not to mention the havoc he wreaked against the A&M offense and ST in the 1993 Cotton Bowl.

Also, his intramural team basketball games at ND were the second most watched events on campus.
