There wasn't much question before that Colbert is just a shill, but whatever question there was is now answered. He's not a comedian, since those are funny. He's not a talk show host, since he never talks about anything but politics. He's a narrative pusher.

You could see how uncomfortable he was getting with the Wuhan lab leak reality.
