If I get the vaccine, can the vaccine or a reaction to the vaccine cause me to spread COVID?

Lots of articles all about getting COVID after getting vaccinated. Haven't seen much about my question.

There's no needle sharing at the vaccination clinics, if there any confusion about that.

Outside of that I can't even conceive of way covid could possibly be spread by the vaccine.
