Does anyone think like I do and wonder if S...nagle tanked on the final last year on purpose so that we wouldn't win and recruiting would be a little easier for him at tu. Had we won the naty, even if he left, we could have gotten a lot of attention from very qualified coaches and great talent wanting to play for us. Coach of the year?? Really?

I have the same thought. He was disengaged the entire series and let TV work over the umps with little resistance. Game 2 as well with some questions about pitching. It was in his best interest (and his new employer's) to not win. He would have looked like an idiot for leaving the next day after winning a title.

You all are crazy. Think of all the extra money he would have made if he won. Don't think he could have started a bidding war just to run up the price on tu?

He just lost focus cause he was hiding in cemeteries with CDC.
