Tuesday, Jan. 24 - Top 500 donors
Wednesday, Jan. 25 - 501 to 1000 ranked donors
Thursday, Jan. 26 - 1001 to 2000 ranked donors
Friday, Jan. 27 - 2001 and up ranked donors
Tuesday, Jan. 31 - Public

I received email stating my opportunity to purchase would be on Thursday. I went online to 12thman foundation to see what was available and the ticket page just showed availability to public was Jan 31st. Did I miss the communication with a link for donor presale?

No, I think this is just typical TMF stuff.

I logged in and it shows that the tickets will be available to purchase next Tuesday, even though I'm a donor.

I had the issue because I was already logged in. I opened the link in an incognito browser and logged it. Everything worked fine after that

Same for me... was only SRO/lawn for tu and quite a few of the Saturday games though
