Sorry if it has already been answered somewhere but why would they host a regional in Las Vegas?
TIA
TIA
No, they don't pay for host team travel. That's on UCSB. They are the ones bidding to host in Vegas. If LSU doesn't host, I think they send the Tigers there to make the Vegas regional a financial success.Tex100 said:
So the NCAA will pay to fly them to Vegas?
Supposedly, they are getting lights this summer, so it may not be an issue going forward (not sure if they have a tarp, and while they don't have enough seats, you can always bring in temporary seating).ensign_beedrill said:
They should save their money and use it to invest in bringing their facilities up to hosting code.

Ryan Field is a stadium in the central United States, located in Evanston, Illinois, a suburb north of Chicago. Near the campus of Northwestern University, it is primarily used for American football, and is the home field of the Northwestern Wildcats of the Big Ten Conference. It is the only FBS stadium without permanent lighting. Its current seating capacity is 47,130.
Ok, so Michigan has lights. What P5 football team still doesn't have lights?Texagtrojan said:aggiemike said:

Michigan did not get lights at the Big House until about 8 years ago.
