Why did they not build the new softball stadium with outfield seating?

You put all that money into a new stadium but not build some sort of elevated seating behind the outfield wall. Most SEC softball stadiums have some sort of seating in the outfield. Is it built so that some could be added down the road?

I think our stadium has a lot more seats than most other stadiums. There is room for temporary bleachers out there. When you see other stadiums with people in the outfield those are temporary bleachers.
