Despite being down 21 or 22 runs, they immediately tossed the Andritsos single ball into the Aggie dugout for him. I thought that was a nice gesture.

Agreed, I just didn't want to admit it. Great school. Actually, one of my favorite outside A&M.aginlakeway said:BringJackieBack89 said:

And a lot of Aggies may be working for the Cornell guys as well. That's a very good school.

These guys are so happy to see some semblance of sunshine that they don't care about winning or scores!!

The only Ivy League school that wasn't a Colonial College.
Don't let go of the hate yet.
Cornell is as liberal as Berkley....We went to an information session when my daughter wanted to apply there. Cazy Crazy ideas on education....
And why is that?Signel said:

And despite pitchers being obviously frustrated and angry, not one of them flipped off the stands, or mouthed any curse words.
That's a lot more than can be said of many teams that have been down not nearly as bad as they were
I heard Cornell guys are quite successful in the paper business. Branch managers, evenaginlakeway said:BringJackieBack89 said:

Cornell is mostly private but the land grant colleges (Agriculture, Human Ecology, Industrial & Labor Relations, and Veterinary Medicine) are actually public.BQ_90 said:
Cornell is the NY land grant university. I think one of the few land grant universities that's private

Academically, there really is no comparison between the two schools, and that's not a slam at A&M. Cornell's list of prominent alumni, especially in the sciences, is mind boggling.

For all you Cornell lovers, you might google the uproar over the bear mascot being too masculine and heterosexual. I kid you not.

Why is it so important to you to highlight the academic superiority of another school on an A&M sports forum?aginlakeway said:dermdoc said:

Unsure who here loves Cornell. Personally I dislike all ivy league schools because they are so liberal. But there's no denying those schools academic strengths.

I stand by my post. Many Aggies MAY be working for Cornell grads. That list doesn't dispute my point.
Cornell is a better school as far as overall education. No offense to our school at all.
