As I was searching for an uploaded Davidson game 2, I stumbled upon the Davidson wildcats website where they have an adobe spark dedicated to their 2017 cinderella story. In that spark I found this picture of Olsen that I have never seen before so I thought I'd share with anybody else who might want a laptop background of 6,000 passionate fans at Olsen!

Love the photo - it's on the wall in my office courtesy of a Davidson Assistant Coach (my oldest son).

Proud of the photo!
Proud of our university;
Proud of Texas Aggie Baseball;
Proud of Olsen Field (at Blue Bell Park);
Proud of my son coaching at 1B (out of the box!) for Davidson;
Proud of my wife, '15 Ross Volunteer son and other family, friends sitting with me that day!

Also glad that series is behind me - it was a conflicted week!

Back in college, i worked in the athletic department, mainly at Olsen. When we had the Bush 41 game, a few others and myself were able to get on the roof during introductions and i was able to snap this photo with my phone. Thought i would share here as well.

Someone needs to remind the creator of this "memory book" about the rules regarding the completion of a catch. I don't recall a "voluntary or intentional" release of the ball from the fielder's glove...
