So three freshman got SEC all freshman team.

Although many teams don't have freshman have significant playing time. It does bide well for next couple of years if a normal progression occurs

a well-deserved honor and he should make a few All-American teams as well.

Shewmake has a chance to be in the pantheon of aggie baseball with the all-time great players like Naquin, Cliff, Tyner, Livingstone, et al

All else aside, this year was awesome because it was the first we got to see this kid. Watching him the next few years will be special.

And keep in mind how much doubt there was before the season started. Regardless of the last 3 weekends, this young team has done much more than expected and the awards are there to prove it. The next couple of years have the potential to be special.
