I'm not sure doing the bevel correctly would improve it...just more like Tech. Which should have been a stupendously awful thought in the first place.

I don't disagree about it looking more like Tech, but if those morons can bevel correctly then why the hell can we not. It's like we just randomly pick top and right sides of the letters, but not all of them.

It's not an attempt by anyone to "bevel the bevel"

This is a new thing that everyone is picking up in 2017.. it's a raised decal and it's spreading to almost every school. The pros will all be doing it soon. The Chi Cubs have had a raised decal on their helmets for a few years now. It's a more traditional stitched raised decal instead of rubber... but it gives the 3D look.



You olds are insufferable sometimes lol. If we had won the Kentucky series everyone would love this helmet decal.

We've had them since game 1, I'm not old, and I don't mind the raised logo. What I don't care for is THE BEVELING ON THE A AND THE M.

So the Cubs decal is a sewn decal that looks nice. Ours looks like a 4th grader cut it out of foam during arts and crafts and had his teacher help him color in the bevel. And then he hot glued it on the helmet.

Also, I've never liked the bevel. I like the classic look. But if we are going to do the bevel, it should only be on the T. I dont mind it so much on the T star logo.
