Overview: A weak upper-level disturbance will increase rain and storm chances significantly by 3 PM, but the rainfall amounts should be relatively light enough to not cause any lengthy delays. There is also a slight chance for an isolated storm. The temps will rebound nicely into the mid-70s by mid-afternoon with breezy southerly winds.
