Typically a college baseball schedule looks like in season if you have a Tuesday game and weekend series:
Monday- Morning weights, light practice in the afternoon. Most of the time will be in shorts and practice shirts. Pitchers that didn't throw on the weekend will throw a short pen. Normal BP.
Tuesday- Game
Wednesday- Morning weights. Pitchers will get conditioning in, starters for the weekend will throw a short BP and hitters will take BP. Closest to an "off day" as you will get.
Thursday- Full practice.
Friday-Sunday- Games
Usually you will work defense on Monday and Thursday as well. Not too many days off during the season. Players are ALWAYS doing something every day.
