In previous years, we have been able to find at least one vendor, kiosk, or concession that sold bottled drinks other than water and Gatorade. We have been able to find one this year, so I'm asking, has anyone seen them for sale this year? We love the convenience of a bottle, plus we can take in our empty insulated cups and fill them with a cold drink rather than pay big prices for a plastic cup mainly filled with ice.

You could just ask for less ice

Levy screws up the syrup mix most of the time so buying bottles is a good plan

I do t see them seeking bottles out by double Daves. I'll look on the way out and see if they are selling by the $12 hotdog stand

Didn't see any bottles when I looked. Just bottles of water.

No bottles other than water and Gatorade at the levy over priced hotdog stand

Usually have had bottle soft drinks at funnel cake kiosk (last year)

No Pepsi or MtnDew bottles this year

LOL. Levy has to try make money somehow, so limit the smuggled in food/drink is their next move since most people try to avoid the concession stands.

I've been coming to Olsen for 40 years and this was literally the first time this has happened to me. Very directly "open your jacket!" Then feeling in the pockets. "What's in your jacket?" I keep a stocking hat and gloves in there year around so I have them for colder Olsen nights.
They are clearly not checking for "security" purposes. They are looking for food. I guess no more sneaking in Freebirds.

I remember the old days of slipping my Freebird through the fence at Olsen, paying for my ticket and going inside and turning sharply left to retrieve said burrito. Then just grubbing away in the stands during BP. Wasn't the only one either.

That's odd...I didn't have anyone pat me down and I attended all 3 weekend games. Of course, I was too stupid to wear a jacket Friday night. Maybe that was when they were checking.

And $5 for a bag of sunflower seeds will make us get very inventive!

Well we would complain less if the food was the same price and tastey it's high prices as it is.

I'll never pay $14.50 for a chili dog, unless it had:

- no chili
- no dog
- no bun
- a full plate sized CFS
- lots of gravy
- lots of toast.

Since I can get that at Koppe Bridge, I usually just wait it out.
