I understand that this is probably sarcasm, but these were most likely approved a while ago while JC was still here. So were the football jerseys and gear we wore for the Carolina game this Fall. So if anything, he helped or was a part of approving those.ColoradoMooseHerd said:
So Jason Cook is gone and magically Texas Aggies returns????????????
On Texags radio Friday, Childress stated that these are supposed to look like the 1951 CWS team jerseys and hat. Anyone have pics from that era?TaterAg said:
I wish that Adidas would have gone true throwbacks..
Instead it looks like they've simply taken the design they sold for the football throwback t-shirts and put them on a baseball jersey.
They took this from the commemorative t shirts :
They would look waaay more slick if they went with the script 'Texas Aggies' like these:
But! I think they'll probably look great this Spring with our stirups and traditional look.... but they need to get the hat color and jersey color the same.. looks like the hat is traditional old school beige with the jersey being a pristine white.

I've heard that the jerseys will probably be at aggieland outfitters retailing for $150 while the caps will run for about $30.
