Proven winner but mildly damaged goods. Hell of a basketball coach. Obviously a chip on his shoulder. Has coached at a blueblood and they liked him well enough to hire a protege (Kelsey) after firing Mack mid-season due to the Gaudio extortion attempt. Has put a solid list of players in the NBA. He's 55. Maybe he's tired of moving around, maybe he wants another crack at a blueblood. He might get a crack at a blueblood if he makes A&M into a program that's a perennial threat. He could also stay where he is and get another crack.

If he leaves, it'll be because he either sucked here or a blueblood came calling. In other words, the same as all the other dice-rolls we've had as long as I've been an Aggie.

Pack line is a good way to play if you don't have high level players, especially if you're confident in your ability to score in the halfcourt but it's hard to force turnovers with it if you can't and jesus christ it's boring as hell to watch.

I hope he's not on the downslide like Buzz….who was supposed to be great and take us to at least the 2nd weekend. He's getting an empty roster so we'll get to see how good he is at recruiting right off. Please do not overspend on this hire. Still can't quite believe Buzz left us worse off than when he started.

There it is again.

I remember him having some solid to good offensive teams at Xavier and he was getting really good offensive play at Louisivlile the year the tournament was canceled. What you said about scoring in the half court is why I always liked UVa under Bennett, not saying I want that style, just that they always had highly effiecient teams and yeah I know the pace was slow and there were some clunky possessions but that last part happens during a normal flow of a game.

Just flag that idiot and move on.

We were a pack line team under Kennedy too and it's just not a super fun watch. But it works. I'd rather be boring and win than exciting and lose.
